Civic Youth Ensembles Audition Application

Please fill out all information below. Auditions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications and the $10 application fee must be received by April 19th for returning students, and May 13th for new students. Late applications, with an additional $5 late fee, will be accepted until June 1. Sending in a late application may affect student’s placement.

Audition will be scheduled upon receipt of application and $10 fee.
